RETURNS, REFUNDS AND WARRANTY POLICY – EVER GLOW

1. RETURNS
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in the same condition in which it was received.

Show no signs of excessive use, damage, modification, or alteration.

Be returned in its original packaging.

Include all original accessories and components.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or in the case of a verified manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
All orders require a processing time of 3 to 6 business days before shipment.
Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days.
These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside Ever Glow's control, including customs procedures, government inspections, logistics disruptions, weather conditions, peak demand periods, or carrier-related operational delays.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
4. SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS LIABILITY
Ever Glow works with independent shipping carriers and logistics providers.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delays may occur due to internal carrier processes, customs procedures, local restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Ever Glow shall not be liable for delays caused by third parties; however, we will provide reasonable assistance in tracking and investigating shipments whenever possible.
5. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Ever Glow is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
6. PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
In the event of a delivery-related issue, Ever Glow may assist with carrier investigations but cannot guarantee compensation for circumstances beyond our control.
7. 90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
All products are covered by a limited 90-day warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects only.
The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

Accidental drops, impacts, or physical damage.

Unauthorized modifications or alterations.

Repairs performed by unauthorized parties.

Normal wear and tear.
-
Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery.

Damage caused by improper storage or maintenance.
To submit a warranty claim, customers may be required to provide photographs or videos that allow us to evaluate the issue.
Ever Glow reserves the right to inspect the product before approving a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.
8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Customers should inspect their order upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact:

9. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:

Final sale or clearance items.

Products that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons, where applicable.
10. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
To qualify, the product must be returned in a condition suitable for resale, including the original packaging and proof of purchase.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.
11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before they have entered the processing stage.
Once order processing has begun, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
12. CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES AND IMPORT FEES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, or other charges imposed by local authorities.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Ever Glow has no control over such fees and cannot estimate their amount.
13. REFUNDS
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify the customer whether the refund request has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, although the final posting of funds depends on the customer's bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
Ever Glow shall not be held liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, armed conflicts, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, labor strikes, or widespread communication failures.
