Ever Glow currently ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on local regulations, carrier restrictions, and operational limitations.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 3 to 6 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If a package is lost in transit, customers must contact us as soon as possible so that we may initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Ever Glow is not responsible for theft, loss, or unauthorized access occurring after delivery.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to pay customs charges, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.
